CDO Mayor Ordered To Answer Complaint

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang has ordered Cagayan de Oro Mayor Vicente Emano to answer the administrative complaint in connection with his alleged negligence and dereliction of duty during a recent onslaught of a storm in the province. Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa Jr. issued a notice to explain to Emano after a complaint was filed against him by private citizens, according to Deputy Presidential Spokeswoman Abigail Valte. ...
